Considering your plot, the kremling motif of the background, and how much arse-kicking K. Rool's doing, this just may have to be HIS kart game...though I'm having trouble pin-pointing a worthy arch-nemesis!
Hmm...well if we wanted to completely turn things upside down, then the playable characters would be a cast of Kremlings and baddies (of course with K. Rool taking the role of "Diddy Kong") and it would be the Kongs that would be trying to take over Crocodile Isle. And who better to oppose K. Rool than the coconut wielding leader of the bunch himself?
